    Liverpool face Benfica, Atletico face Spanish rivals Valencia

    Liverpool will face Benfica in the quarter-finals of the Europa League following Friday's draw at UEFA headquarters in Nyon while Atletico Madrid take on Primera Liga rivals Valencia in an all-Spanish tie.

    Fulham, who eliminated Juventus in the previous round, have been rewarded with a clash against German champions Vfl Wolfsburg while SV Hamburg will be delighted after being pitted against Belgian side Standard Liege.

    Liverpool will face Atletico or Valencia in the last four should they overcome Benfica while Hamburg, whose HSH Nordbank Arena stadium hosts the final on May 12, could have a semi-final clash against Bundesliga rivals Wolfsburg.

    The quarter-final first-leg matches take place on April with the return-leg matches on April 8. Semi-final first-leg matches take place on April 22 with the return-leg matches on April 29.
